感谢您使用「名字童话屋」（以下简称"本App"）。本App由深圳优尼无限科技有限公司开发和运营。我们非常重视您和您孩子的隐私安全，请仔细阅读本隐私政策。
重要提示：本App面向3-8岁儿童及其家长，我们严格遵守《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》及苹果App Store对儿童类App的数据隐私要求。如果家长发现我们未按本政策收集儿童信息，请立即联系我们。
一、我们收集哪些信息
1. 用户主动输入的信息
- 孩子名字：您输入您孩子的名字或昵称，用于AI生成以孩子为主人公的童话故事。
- 语言偏好：您选择的中文/英文语言设置。
这些信息仅在您点击"生成故事"时发送到AI服务器进行故事创作，生成完毕后不会在我们的服务器上留存。
2. 我们不会收集的信息
- 本App不需要注册账号，不要求提供邮箱、手机号、地址等联系方式
- 本App不收集地理位置、通讯录、相册、麦克风等设备权限信息
- 本App不包含任何第三方广告SDK或分析SDK
- 本App不会以任何形式出售或分享用户数据给第三方
二、信息的使用
我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：
- 将您输入的孩子名字发送给AI服务商，生成个性化童话故事
- 根据您选择的语言偏好返回对应语言的故事和语音
- 改进App的故事生成质量和用户体验
三、第三方服务
本App在生成故事时会调用AI API服务。名字信息会传输到AI服务商的服务器进行内容生成，这些服务商受保密协议约束，不得将数据用于训练模型或其他用途。我们使用的AI服务商符合行业安全标准。
四、数据保留与删除
- 生成的故事内容仅临时存储在设备本地，您可随时删除
- AI API调用日志最多保留30天后自动清除
- 如果您希望我们删除已留存的数据，请通过文末联系方式联系我们
五、家长权利
作为家长或监护人，您有权：
- 查看本App收集的关于您孩子的信息
- 要求删除我们持有的关于您孩子的信息
- 拒绝进一步收集或使用您孩子的信息
- 撤回同意（请停止使用本App并删除本地数据）
六、安全措施
我们采用符合行业标准的安全措施保护数据传输过程，包括但不限于：所有API通信均使用HTTPS加密传输。但我们无法保证互联网传输的绝对安全，请您理解。
七、政策更新
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更时，我们会在App内显著位置通知您。变更后的政策自发布之日起生效。

Thank you for using "Name Fairy Tale House" (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is developed and operated by Shenzhen UniX Infinite Technology Co., Ltd. We take your and your child's privacy very seriously.
Important: This App is designed for children aged 3-8 and their parents. We strictly comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Apple App Store privacy requirements for children's apps. If you believe we have collected children's information not covered by this policy, please contact us immediately.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Actively Provide
- Child's Name: The name or nickname you enter for your child, used to generate personalized fairy tales with AI.
- Language Preference: Your selected language (Chinese/English) setting.
This information is sent to the AI server only when you tap "Generate Story" and is not retained on our servers after generation.
1.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
- No account registration required
- No email, phone number, or address collected
- No location, contacts, photo album, or microphone access
- No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs
- We do not sell or share user data with any third party
2. How We Use Information
- Send the child's name to our AI service provider to generate personalized stories
- Return stories and voice narration in your selected language
- Improve story generation quality and user experience
3. Third-Party Services
This App uses an AI API service for story generation. The name is transmitted to the AI service provider's servers for content generation. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use data for model training or other purposes.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Generated stories are stored locally on your device only and can be deleted anytime
- AI API call logs are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Contact us to request deletion of any retained data
5. Parental Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Review information collected about your child
- Request deletion of your child's information
- Refuse further collection or use of your child's information
- Withdraw consent (stop using the App and delete local data)
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all API communications. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App. The updated policy takes effect upon posting.
